Your item will shipped to the address you provided for this order. You have the option of having the item shipped directly to us if planning to purchase online. Please email us at angenise@thegracefulpenstudio.com to inform of tracking information.

Once your item is received, personalization of your item will be completed and shipped within 7-10 business days from our studio. Be sure to leave your personalization instructions before checkout or contact us via email. If the custom text provided seems to be too long, we will contact you. Florals are extra, but small leaves, hearts, crosses or stars can be included for no additional charge.

Names and dates or even short poems are perfect to have engraved on your item.

Glass, metal, marble, stone or ceramic can be engraved.

At this time, only small quantities of 1-5 can be done in studio (unless for a corporate event - in this case, submit a contact form on my home page for brands and event engraving).
